LEVEL 1 INSTORE APPOINTMENTS...

-All Bridal Try-Ons & Alteration Appointments to resume
-One Appointment in the boutique at a time, (limit of 4 guests + bride)
-Bride & Entourage visiting the boutique will be kindly asked to use our Hand Sanitiser upon entry
-Surfaces sanitised & Disinfected between every appointment
-Staff hands washed between every appointment
-We kindly ask that brides or guests who are sick, please stay home, we can facetime/skype/zoom call you into the appointment.

Do you offer Virtual Consultations?

At Level 1 we will be offering Virtual Consultations via Facetime/Skype/Zoom. These appointments are perfect for brides who are short on time, unable to travel, or have family & friends that cannot make it. Our waiting list is now open, please email info@helloromeo.co.nz

Help! My wedding is late 2020, can you help me?

Absolutely! We understand this can be a daunting time for some brides with so much uncertainty however with our beautiful collection of gowns we are confident to create your dream dress into a reality, whether it be a sample gown or we pull from our designers inventory, let us help you!

I am unable to travel to your boutique, can you help me?

Of course, we have many out of town brides and would love to help you too. We can organise a Facetime/Skype/Zoom Call with you and your bride tribe, or we can chat via email with detailed information, photos & videos. Don't hesitate to get in touch!

Do you offer alterations on your gowns?

You can rest assure knowing that not only will you purchase your dream gown from Hello Romeo, but we are proud to continue to offer in-house alterations. No need to place extra stress on your self to find someone to alter your gown and pay extra costs, we take care of that all for you and will provide you with a full alteration quote before you say YES to your dress!

My wedding is early 2021, should I be shopping now?

Definitely! 2021 may seem like awhile away, however some dresses can take up to 6 months to be made, plus alteration time. Have seen a dress or even a couple you love already? Flick us an email for more details or to arrange your appointment!

How long do I need for my alterations?

As we proudly offer an in-house alteration service, we are currently working with our brides on a case by case basis to work out a fitting schedule that will work within the time frame we have.

My wedding has been postponed, what happens to my dress?

Your wedding dress will be safely stored, free of charge, until you are ready to come in for alterations or collect it.

I have ordered my dress from you, is it going to arrive on time for my wedding?

Our designers are working around the clock to get your beautiful dress made in time for your wedding day. If you ordered your dress prior to February, your dress is expected to arrive on time according to the initial time frame given. If you placed your order after February, we can currently expect a 2-3 week delay.
